Image licensee Agreement

This license pertains to the images included with the "My New Brunswick Covered Bridges", "Scenes by the Sea" CD-ROMs".

The images are the property of Leo Taylor. You are granted the right to used the images under the following conditions:

What you can do with the images:

The images can be used personal projects including, 3rd party calendar and greeting card software, school projects, personal screensavers and tee-shirt transfers. You can create hard copies for personal use by having the digital file printed on a Kodak™ Print Station or a similar system at a photo lab. See, “What Constitutes Commercial Use” below.

The images can be used as an illustration in business presentations, overhead, etc. The images with written permission (limited to 3) can be used in editorials dealing with covered bridges if the following copyright is shown with the image: ©Leo Taylor - All rights reserved

What you cannot do with the images:

The images cannot be uploaded to the Internet for personal or commercial use without written permission. The images cannot be loaned, rented, sold, traded or copied except for personal use without written permission. We consider digitally enhanced copies from our originals as our property, not a new image.

What Constitutes Commercial Use

To use the images in a commercial endeavor a commercial license is required. The term commercial use refers to following:

The following are considered commercial use:

• Screensavers: to be sold or promote a business or cause
• Posts cards: for any type of remuneration
• Calendars: for any type of remuneration
• Combining or including with another software program
• Distributing in printed form for third party use
• Internet sites: All site (personal or business)
• Creating hard copies for sale

We do not assign, transfer or grant the use of these images to a third party with out written permission except as stated above in the, “What you can do with the images section”.
