Program Support Information

Technical support is provided free to registered users by telephone, email, and postal mail for different periods of time.   If you are using a free or purchased version see that section below.

If you encounter a problem when running the program, first read the help file, if this doesn't provide the answers then contact us.

When you contact support please state the problem, know the program name, version number, serial number and the operating system you are using.   If using email or postal mail please include the above along with a description of the error.

Telephone:
Unlimited telephone support is provided free for 12 months, contact 506.529.3752.   Limited support is provided after this time.  To save connect times charges we suggest you make a list of any problems, the program name and the version you have before you call. View our telephone number here.

Email:
Unlimited email support is provided to registered users for 1 year from date of registration.  We will provide free limit support after the first year at our discretion. Contact us using email here.

Post Mail:
Support is provided by mail.  We suggest you thoroughly try the program and make a list of any questions or problems you encounter, then mail us the list for support. The mail address can be found here.

F.A.Q. - Frequently Asked Questions

The My New Brunswick Covered Bridges CD-ROM contains a file titled: faq_cbnb.txt or view here. If you encounter a problem with the Covered Bridge programs please check the faq_cbnb.txt file for a possible remedy.

The Scenes by the Sea CD-ROM also contains a F.A.Q. file titled: faq.mm.txt or view here. If you encounter a problem check this file as it may provide the answer to the problem you are experiencing.
