(a) Product supplied on CD-ROM Disc
Whether you purchased the program directly from Leo Taylor or through an authorized dealer, all request for refunds must be directed to Leo Taylor. If within 30 days you are not satisfied with the program you may request a refund, or replacement if the disc is damaged. If a refund, the CD-ROM disc will have to be returned. Please contact Leo Taylor by one of the methods listed below for a RAN (Return Authorization Number) number. If the CD-ROM is defective then we will be happy to refund the shipping and handling cost. Refunds do not include shipping or handling charges. There are no other warranties expressed or implied.
(b) Product Downloaded from the Internet
There are no other warranties expressed or implied for any of the FREE software. All files have been checked for integrity. If the file is corrupt we will provide a replacement file for download. There are no other warranties expressed or implied.
