The following applies to the following CD-ROMs
a) Scenes by the Sea CD-ROM
b) My New Brunswick Covered Bridges
Leo Taylor Photography guaranties the physical CD-ROM to be free of physical defects 30 days from the date of purchase. If Leo Taylor Photography is notified of a physical defect within the warranty period of 30 day, and it's determined there is a physical defect a replacement will be provided. There are no other warranties expressed or implied.The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this limited warranty shall be limited to replacement of the defective CD-ROM and shall not include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software, or special, incidental, or consequential damages or other similar claims, even if Leo Taylor Photography has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Leo Taylor Photography's liability for any damages to you or any other person ever exceed the lower of suggested list price or actual price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of any form of the claim.

Please see system requirements before purchasing the CD-ROM. If your computer or CD-ROM player are below the requirements the button response and screen redraws will be slow.
If your system meets the requirement and you experience a slow response, turn off the background music once the program starts and close all other programs that may be running in the background.
If the CD-ROM seems to skip or not play, clean the CD-ROM using a lint-free cloth. Wipe the CD-ROM face by moving the cloth from the centre of the disc to the outside edge. Do not wipe the CD-ROM in a circular motion.
The CD-ROM must be in the player to operate. If you select the Scenes by the Sea icon without the disc being inserted you will receive an error message.
You may hear a skip in the music if the CPU is multi-tasking.

If Purchased From A Supplier:
For a refund return the “unopened” product in its original condition with proof of purchase to the supplier. If a refund for “opened” software is requested, any refund will be made at the supplier’s discretion. If the product is defective see “Replacement” below.If Purchased From Leo Taylor Photography
The CD-ROM can be returned within 30 days for refund. Contact Leo Taylor Photography by telephone or email for a RMA number. The refund is the price paid for the CD-ROM, but does not include any shipping and handling charges.Replacement:
If defective the CD-ROM may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for replacement. The defective product must be returned to Leo Taylor Photography. To return the defective CD-ROM you will require a RMA number that can be obtained by contacting Leo Taylor Photography. The defective product must be returned to Leo Taylor Photography before the replacement is shipped. If you have other questions please contact us.
